About the role
In the role of support assistant, you provide individually tailored and everyday support, as well as motivate and assist in leisure activities. The assignment includes increasing independence according to each individual's ability by creating a safe environment and a meaningful daily life. Cleaning and cooking are natural tasks in everyday life.
Your work includes responsibility for social documentation, implementation plans, and close collaboration with the tenants' networks as well as health and medical tasks by delegation.
Törnby is a newly started operation, which means that you will also:

Become an important part of the team in the development phase
We work with a 4-week rolling schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and nights.
Who are you?

Your experience
We are looking for someone who has:
A completed education in the care and social services program with a focus on disabilities, support assistant training via adult education, pedagogical education, or equivalent education that the employer assesses as equivalent
Experience working in, for example, LSS, social psychiatry, autism, and/or with motivational interviewing (MI)
Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
Knowledge of and experience with social documentation
Good computer skills.
The operation is located in an area with limited public transport. Therefore, it is an advantage if you have a driver's license and access to a car.
